Handling, Processing, and Transit Times (United Kingdom Only)

  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays)
  • Transit Time: After processing, standard shipping typically takes 2–3 business days for delivery within the United Kingdom
  • Order Cut-Off Time: To qualify for same-day processing, place your order before 4:00 PM GMT/BST (UK local time)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and bank holidays. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary slightly due to carrier schedules, weather, or high-volume periods

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Methods: Standard tracked delivery via reliable UK carriers
  • Shipping Rates: Free standard shipping on all UK orders
  • Shipping Restrictions: We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. Orders with addresses outside the UK cannot be processed

Order Modifications If you need to change your shipping address or any other order details, contact support@layfold.shop as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before the order ships, but additional fees could apply if the order has already entered processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, email support@layfold.shop with your order number and full details (include photos if damaged). We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a refund, replacement, or claim filing.

Cancellations

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Layfold is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error before dispatch, contact support@layfold.shop immediately — we may be able to update it, but additional shipping fees could apply if re-shipment is required.
